Trekmates Flameless cook flask – review

Valley climbing in Italy and Acclimatisation up the Midi

Having a good time out in Chamonix this week, getting in some climbing and running with Matt who’s here for a week. Yesterday we escaped the Chamonix valley and went through the tunnel into Italy for some multi-pitch rock climbing in the sunshine. The Valle d-Aosta has loads of climbing, we headed for the Paretone crag in the Arnad region where we climbed a really good nine pitch route.
