The weather seems to have turned “proper cold” down here now with most activities needing a nice warm pair of gloves and today was no exception. Tony Finnis who organized the event, was hoping to raise some money for charity and have a fun day out for all his staff at Butterflies Day Nurseries and it was a real success.
As is the norm with people doing things for charity, they had signed themselves up to do something they are absolutely terrified of, but it was a 100% success with everyone having a go and completing the abseil. I also learnt a lot of new words, none of which I can repeat on this blog!
This was a great day out and a real success, loads of fun had by all, thanks to all that took part, very entertaining.
