A day off today, and a day off from skiing completely. Which is hard when the sun is shining and the snow is deep, but I’m warding off the man flu before more fun in the snow later this week.

It’s been an amazing few days here in the Chamonix valley. The snow has been falling hard and the off piste has been getting topped up every day with light fluffy powder. Fresh tracks everyday, in the trees and on the open slopes when the visibility has been good enough.

I spent a few days with clients at Combloux, skiing in the trees before a couple of days in the Chamonix valley skiing off piste lines through the trees and a fantastic valley blanche yesterday – it’s in superb condition at the moment.

I’ve been updating twitter and facebook most days, but here’s a selection of photos;
