Yesterday everyone took part the Blessing Ceremony at Base Camp, this is a ritual that is done in Nepal before climbing a mountain. Rice was thrown (and still being picked out of hair today), also a bit of food and drink was consumed.
Today they headed up to Camp one. All feeling good after there preparations at Base Camp.
